Director, Digital Quality & Analytics
About The Position
Quest Diagnostics, a FORTUNE magazine "World’s Most Admired Company" and a global leader in diagnostic testing, information, and services, is seeking a Director, Digital Quality & Analytics. This role will report to the Sr. Director Governance & Quality Excellence and is responsible for driving the adoption of AI, advanced analytics, and data-driven decision-making within the Quality and Regulatory Affairs function. The position acts as a change champion, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to transform quality data utilization from reactive to proactive and predictive insights. A key responsibility includes executive and Board-level reporting, translating quality and regulatory performance into clear, actionable insights to support enterprise risk management, compliance, and strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Must be near-site to one of Quest Diagnostics hub locations (preferred locations are Wood Dale, IL or Schaumburg, IL).
Responsibilities
- Drive the adoption of AI, advanced analytics, and data-driven decision making across the Quality and Regulatory Affairs function.
- Serve as a change champion, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to transform how quality data is leveraged.
- Transform quality data utilization from reactive to proactive, predictive insights.
- Play a critical role in executive and Board-level reporting.
- Ensure quality and regulatory performance is translated into clear, actionable insights that support enterprise risk management, compliance, and strategic decision making.
