We are seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the strategy, vision, and evolution of our API Gateway, Managed File Transfer (MFT), and Agentic AI capabilities. These platforms enable secure, reliable exchange across applications, services, partners, business processes, and AI agents. The successful candidate will define a multi-year product strategy passionate about automation, resilience, availability, and security. AI will be central to this vision. The successful candidate will use agentic AI capabilities, and intelligent automation to improve onboarding, self-service, operations, insights, and workflows. In this role, the candidate will also develop safe, auditable patterns for agent-to-agent and agent-to-system interactions. We are looking for a leader who is excited to challenge established approaches, experiment thoughtfully, learn continuously, and build what comes next for secure integration.
Requirements
- Leadership experience in product management.
- Experience with API Gateways, Managed File Transfer (MFT), and Agentic AI platforms.
- Ability to define and execute a multi-year product strategy.
- Passion for automation, resilience, availability, and security.
- Experience with AI capabilities and intelligent automation.
- Understanding of developing safe and auditable interaction patterns.
- Willingness to challenge established approaches and experiment.
