Acadia's hybrid model requires this role to work in our office three days per week on average. The Director, Omnichannel Marketing, Rare Disease will be responsible for shaping and executing innovative omnichannel marketing strategies that amplify awareness and engagement across Acadia’s rare disease portfolio, including DAYBUE. This strategic leader will drive omnichannel campaigns that inspire connection and deliver measurable impact with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals. From paid media and email to web, search, and Connected TV, this individual will oversee the full omnichannel ecosystem to ensure cohesive, data-driven storytelling that meets both business goals and regulatory excellence. As a key partner across the Commercial organization, the Director will translate brand strategy into impactful omnichannel activation, driving alignment, building best-in-class programs, and leading internal matrix teams and agency partners to deliver high-performing content, creative, and analytics that elevate the customer experience.
