The Director, Digital & Data Strategy is the strategic leader responsible for digital strategy, web governance, AI enablement, and digital experience performance. The Director leads the strategy, governance, optimization, and evolution of PCMA's digital ecosystem. This role is responsible for translating organizational goals into scalable digital experiences that support membership growth, event registrations, education participation, audience engagement, and revenue generation. Serving as both a strategic leader and hands-on contributor, the Director oversees digital strategy, website governance, marketing technology alignment, audience strategy, AI adoption, and digital performance measurement. Reporting to the VP, Marketing, the Director partners closely with Marketing, Content, Membership, Events, Education, IT, and external vendors to ensure PCMA's digital experiences are user-centered, measurable, and continuously improving.
