About The Position

Radiology Partners is a leading radiology practice in the U.S., serving hospitals and healthcare facilities. As a physician-led and physician-owned practice, our mission is to transform radiology through innovation in clinical value, technology, service, and economics. This role owns and leads the enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) program, including match/merge rules, survivorship logic, and roadmap execution. It also builds and operates the Data Quality (DQ) function, encompassing profiling, monitoring, business rules, scorecards, and remediation workflows. The position establishes data governance and stewardship models in collaboration with business domain stewards. It partners with data engineering and business stakeholders to translate needs into data standards and resolve data issues. The role leads a high-visibility, AI-enabled data operations team, integrating AI tools into workflows and developing the team.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in data management, governance, data quality, or data operations, including leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of building or operating MDM, data governance, or data quality programs end-to-end.
  • Strong SQL skills with working knowledge of modern data platforms (e.g., Databricks) and BI tools for data profiling, monitoring, and analysis.
  • Demonstrated daily use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) as part of core workflow and decision-making processes.
  • Strong communication and adaptability skills, with ability to operate in ambiguity and translate technical data concepts into clear business-friendly language.

  • Healthcare or complex multi-source environments preferred.
  • Healthcare data familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Owns and leads the enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) program, including match/merge rules, survivorship logic, and domain-by-domain roadmap execution.
  • Builds and operates the Data Quality (DQ) function, including profiling, monitoring, business rules, scorecards, and remediation workflows.
  • Establishes lightweight data governance and stewardship models in partnership with business domain stewards (Finance, Operations, Revenue Cycle, Clinical).
  • Partners closely with data engineering and business stakeholders to translate business needs into trusted, actionable data standards and resolve systemic data issues.
  • Leads a high-visibility, AI-enabled data operations team, embedding agentic AI tools into daily workflows while building and developing a growing team.
