We need a Director who has knowledge and experience in transformation and improvement initiatives with a focus on corporate experience. You’ll have a history of successful operating model design, strategy, process improvement, business case development & projects that have involved improved operations across people, process, technology, and data. You will have a proven record of growing client relationships through developing solutions and improvement initiatives that solve business challenges, and leading teams in strategy and transformation engagements. What you’ll do: Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders to understand their business and technology needs, often acting as an evangelist, mediator or thought leader. Shape and stand up Transformation Offices that can serve as a control tower over multiple programs Develop the case-for-change, including a business case, that covers people, process, technology, and data for enterprise transformations of the digital core Optimize functional performance across organization, process & technology Design and transition clients to new operating models Lead and manage cross functional teams located locally and virtually Identify and develop opportunities at clients to enhance Capgemini’s value offer
