About The Position

As Director, Digital Paid Media for Simplii Financial, you will lead an agile, in-house media team dedicated to delivering impactful digital performance marketing across Programmatic, Search, and Social channels. As part of the Media team, this role partners closely with the Marketing Communications team, as well as a number of internal and external stakeholders, to seamlessly integrate digital into annual and tactical media and marketing plans. You will oversee budget management and campaign execution directly within digital platforms, ensuring cross-channel optimization to maximize performance and drive meaningful results. This leadership position offers the opportunity to shape integrated media strategies that keep digital media at the heart of Simplii Financial’s innovative and customer-centric marketing approach. Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of digital paid media experts, driving team strategy, operational efficiency and marketing effectiveness.
  • Plan, manage and optimize budgets to optimize performance on ROI.
  • Managing the team who are responsible for planning, delivery (through in-house capabilities), tracking and analysis of digital media initiatives as well as for generating insights to improve our cross-channel digital marketing performance.
