The Director of Digital and Retail Technology Products is responsible for defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Funko’s digital ecosystem. This role leads the product management function across eCommerce, customer-facing digital experiences, mobile applications, digital marketing platforms, retail technologies and emerging AI-powered capabilities. They will partner closely with business leaders across Marketing, eCommerce, Retail, Creative, Customer Experience, Data & Analytics, and Technology to identify opportunities, prioritize investments, and deliver digital products that drive customer engagement, revenue growth, operational efficiency, and innovation. This leader will champion a product-centric culture, leveraging customer insights, analytics, experimentation, and artificial intelligence to continuously improve the digital experience and accelerate business outcomes.
