The role shapes and delivers design narratives that communicate product intent, user value, and innovation, while directing design PR and external engagement to elevate the organization’s design leadership. It ensures design communications, assets, and storytelling systems are consistent, scalable, and aligned with the company’s brand and design vision, and partners with executive leadership to influence strategy through design-driven insight.
