Your role: Lead a National project management group responsible for healthcare design/build projects coordinated with medical imaging equipment installations Provide operational oversight to include partnerships with sales, finance, legal, procurement, project/product owners, vendors and customer stakeholders Drive to ensure site readiness, successful project turnover & delivery with stakeholders Support our sales organization with customer site visits, project budgeting, and capital planning throughout the U.S. Own Revenue Forecast related to Design & Construction Services (DCS) revenue Manage the overall project proposal process, ensuring scope/cost goals are met Train and mentor DCS PMs, including coordination and oversight of on-the-Job Training (OJT) for new PMs Recruit, develop, manage, and mentor construction/design vendors Monitor all projects as reported weekly via internal systems to achieve the company’s business objectives Lead and coordinate all state licensure requirements related to design/build projects

Requirements

  • Proven track record with 10+ years of successful experience in medical imaging construction/project management, and successful demonstration of key operational responsibilities
  • Project Management experience in healthcare construction (PMP Preferred)
  • Current holder (or ability to obtain in 6 months) of state general contractor credential and healthcare construction/design credentials (e.g. ASHE CHC, AIA)
  • Ability to achieve/hold state specific general contractor licenses throughout the country
  • Required BS/BA in related discipline or advanced degree
  • High level of business acumen to include standard competencies (financial, market positioning, healthcare industry, and customer), in order to make sound decisions
  • Ability to communicate at all levels of an organization
  • Excellent presentation skills to include creating and presenting training materials and addressing C-level customers
  • Proven record of being committed to do what it takes to get the job done on time and with high quality
  • Ability to travel up to 30%
