About The Position

As a Business Operations Leader, Display & Electronics Product Platform (DEPP) you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Supporting daily/weekly/monthly organizational planning, meetings, and day‑to‑day coordination to keep operations running smoothly in line with the Platform President priorities Driving tracking and implementation of key change programs and strategic priorities Collaborating with enterprise functions to prioritize and drive service-levels tied to critical performance areas (ESC, quality, procurement, etc.) Measuring performance and investments by product portfolio in-line with standardized portfolio strategy framework Developing & facilitating a consistent portfolio prioritization processes with alignment across verticals, R&D, product Driving relationships and continued success of technology and product / technology development partnerships Preparing materials for BG cadence (QORs, QFRs, QBRs, Strat Plan, Op Plan)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
  • 7+ year(s) of experience across strategy, marketing, business operations, and business development in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
  • Responsibilities of this position may include direct and/or indirect physical or logical access to information, systems, technologies subjected to the regulations/compliance with U.S. Export Control Laws.

Responsibilities
