Join us in our mission to help companies make smarter pay decisions they can trust! About the role The Director of Demand Generation will be the primary architect of our pipeline growth. While our brand team defines the narrative, you are responsible for turning that narrative into a high-quality lead engine targeting CXOs at F2500 companies. You will lead a team to execute multi-channel campaigns that don't just capture existing interest, but actively generate demand within a new buying committee at the world’s largest companies. The greatest indicator of success in this role: qualified pipeline that converts to revenue. F2500 Focus: Design and oversee sophisticated, multi-channel campaigns (ABM, Executive Events, Paid Search, Content) specifically tailored to reach C-suite buyers at massive enterprises. Team Leadership: Mentor and grow the team, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous experimentation. Data-Driven Ownership: Use data to find the friction in the funnel. You’ll own the demand gen budget and optimize for maximum ROI and pipeline velocity. Sales Synergy: Partner deeply with Sales to refine lead scoring, nurturing, and hand-off processes to ensure no lead is left behind. RevTech Innovation: In partnership with Marketing Ops, optimize our stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to enhance tracking and lead quality. About you Enterprise Expert: 10+ years in demand generation or digital marketing, with 5+ years in leadership. You have a proven track record of marketing to the Fortune 2500. Pipeline Obsessed: You are a numbers person who views MQLs as a means to an end; the end being closed-won revenue. Strategic Thinker: You understand that enterprise buying committees are complex; you know how to build programs that influence multiple stakeholders (HR, Finance, Legal) simultaneously. Technical & Analytical: You are highly proficient in Hubspot and Salesforce and ABM platforms. You can translate complex data into actionable insights for the executive team. Culture Leader: You lead with candor and curiosity, thriving in a fast-paced environment where you are expected to challenge the status quo.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in demand generation or digital marketing, with 5+ years in leadership. You have a proven track record of marketing to the Fortune 2500.
  • You are a numbers person who views MQLs as a means to an end; the end being closed-won revenue.
  • You understand that enterprise buying committees are complex; you know how to build programs that influence multiple stakeholders (HR, Finance, Legal) simultaneously.
  • You are highly proficient in Hubspot and Salesforce and ABM platforms.
  • You can translate complex data into actionable insights for the executive team.
  • You lead with candor and curiosity, thriving in a fast-paced environment where you are expected to challenge the status quo.

Benefits

  • Competitive Compensation. For this role our salary is targeted at $166,000 -$195,000 per year. Final offer amounts are determined by factors such as experience and expertise. We take a geo neutral approach to compensation within the US, meaning that we pay based on job function and level, not location.
