About The Position

We are seeking an exceptional Director of Deal Management & Program Strategy to join the OCI Dedicated Cloud Enablement organization. This high-impact leadership role sits at the intersection of Sales, Finance, Product, Engineering, Operations, and Legal, helping shape and govern Oracle’s most strategic and complex cloud opportunities. This role goes beyond traditional program management. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor and commercial leader, helping evaluate, structure, and govern large-scale customer opportunities while balancing customer requirements, operational feasibility, profitability, and long-term business objectives. The ideal candidate possesses deep experience in deal management, commercial strategy, cloud business operations, and executive stakeholder management. This highly visible role requires strong business judgment, executive presence, and the ability to navigate complex tradeoffs involving pricing, margins, capacity planning, contractual commitments, delivery models, and non-standard customer requests. The successful candidate will influence critical business decisions while driving execution across cross-functional organizations.
