About The Position

This role provides strategic leadership for the organization’s data insights, analytics capabilities, and reporting infrastructure. This role defines the vision for how data is collected, governed, analyzed, and used to guide decision‑making. This position oversees analytical teams, establishes enterprise standards, and partners with senior leaders to ensure data insights drive strategy, performance, and innovation across the business.

Requirements

  • Minimum eight years of relevant experience surrounding data insights, analytics capabilities, and reporting infrastructure.
  • Minimum four years’ experience as a people leader, leading a diverse team including hiring, coaching and performance management
  • Extensive experience overseeing analytical programs, teams, and large-scale data initiatives.
  • Deep expertise in analytical techniques, data modeling, visualization, and modern analytics technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data concepts into strategic insights for executive audiences.
  • Strong leadership skills with proven ability to develop talent, build cohesive teams, and drive organizational alignment.
  • Experience shaping data governance standards and improving data quality across multiple systems.
  • Strong project leadership ability, including managing cross‑functional stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and relationship‑building skills at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Set the strategic direction for analytics, defining enterprise‑level priorities, data goals, and long‑term analytical capabilities.
  • Lead and develop high‑performing analytics teams, including data analysts, senior analysts, and other specialists, ensuring cohesive and scalable analytics operations.
  • Partner with senior leadership to understand organizational priorities, shape analytical roadmaps, and ensure insights inform strategic planning, operational improvements, and innovation efforts.
  • Establish standards for data quality, governance, and analytical methods, ensuring consistent, accurate, and ethical use of data across the company.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and evolution of analytical frameworks, including data models, reporting architectures, visualization standards, and self‑service tools.
  • Guide complex analytical projects, including statistical modeling, forecasting, automation initiatives, and contributions to data science or machine learning efforts.
  • Interpret and synthesize analytical findings into concise recommendations that influence high‑impact business and operational decisions.
  • Champion improvements in data processes, identifying opportunities for automation, efficiency, and scalability in data workflows and reporting capabilities.
  • Evaluate and influence technology decisions, including investments in analytics platforms, data infrastructure, and external partnerships.
  • Serve as a key advisor on data-related risks, compliance considerations, and organizational readiness for emerging analytics capabilities.
