This role is critical to advancing Dallas College's mission of helping students persist, graduate, and successfully transfer to a four-year university. The Director leads a transformative, grant-funded initiative focused on supporting full-time, Pell-eligible students through comprehensive academic, career, financial, and transfer services, helping remove barriers and improve long-term student success. The Director will shape the success of a high-profile, four-year institutional initiative by building and scaling a student support model that directly influences retention, degree completion, and transfer outcomes. Through leadership of staff, university partnerships, grant operations, and student success strategies, this position will have a measurable impact on hundreds of students and contribute to Dallas College's broader completion and workforce goals.
