About The Position

We're seeking an experienced Director, Consulting to provide strategic and operational leadership across complex client engagements while mentoring high-performing consulting teams and driving delivery excellence. About the Role As Director, you'll serve as a tactical and strategic leader responsible for overseeing multiple consulting engagements, ensuring exceptional client delivery, and supporting the growth of strategic accounts. You'll partner with executive leadership, guide senior consulting teams, and help shape the future of the organization's consulting practice. This is an ideal opportunity for a seasoned consulting leader who combines deep technical expertise with strong business acumen, exceptional client management skills, and a passion for developing future leaders.

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading complex consulting or professional services engagements.
• Strong background in cybersecurity consulting, digital forensics, incident response, business resilience, or related advisory services.
• Proven ability to manage executive-level client relationships and influence strategic decisions.
• Experience leading and mentoring senior consulting teams in fast-paced environments.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of delivery governance, risk management, and operational excellence.
• Ability to balance technical credibility with strategic business leadership.
• Experience supporting proposals, strategic initiatives, and account growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee governance across large, complex, or multi-stream consulting engagements.
• Ensure projects are delivered with consistency, quality, and adherence to established methodologies.
• Provide strategic guidance to Senior Managers and Managers throughout project planning, execution, and delivery.
• Support executive-level client communications during critical situations and escalations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate complex technical and business challenges.
• Partner with account management teams to strengthen long-term client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes, standards, and service quality.
• Coach, mentor, and develop Senior Managers, Managers, Senior Consultants, and subject matter experts.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture built on accountability and continuous learning.
• Identify and develop future leaders through succession planning and professional development.
• Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across consulting teams.
• Contribute to client proposals, RFP responses, and executive presentations.
• Collaborate with Business Development teams to position consulting services and differentiate offerings.
• Support strategic account expansion without direct sales quota ownership.
• Help shape the evolution of consulting methodologies, delivery frameworks, and service offerings.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging risks to better serve clients.
• Represent the organization through conferences, webinars, and industry events as a thought leader.
