Director, US Consumer CXO Experimentation Analytics as part of MMIO team will be responsible for driving profitable acquisition growth by enabling data-driven decision-making across marketing funnel on back of robust test and learn approach. The incumbent will define and scale modern experimentation practices that goes beyond A/B testing—integrating incrementality, causal inference, and discovery analytics to inform business decisions, and work in partnership with stakeholders across the enterprise, to further acquisition use cases with superior customer experience. This role is uniquely positioned to leverage a variety of skills including data analytics, experimentation, digital marketing, and partner collaboration. Building and leveraging strong relationships across Marketing, Product, Analytics, and other teams is essential. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented individual who has demonstrated sound leadership skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to learn new things quickly in a dynamic digital landscape.
