The Director, Customer2030 Strategy & Deployment – Commercial will be the overall product owner for Customer2030’s sales and marketing capabilities. Reporting to the Head of Innovation & Business Planning, the role is strategically positioned to own the Cusomer2030 commercial roadmap and drive adoption of Customer2030 capabilities for US Oncology Franchises (sales & marketing). The role sits at the center of business transformation, AI / technology fluency, and Oncology commercialization. You will champion machine learning, GenAI, and agentic solutions that drive tangible business value. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of Customer2030 capabilities, from ideation to delivery, adoption / change management, and day-to-day program management. Further, you will be the bridge between US Oncology and the broader AZ enterprise for customer engagement capability building.
