Requirements

  • bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field required.
  • Minimum of 15 years’ experience in Supply Chain with a focus on collaborative relationship building, customer service, logistics and supply chain execution with 5 or more years leading a team.
  • Experience in customer or supplier facing roles is required.
  • Strategic thinking demonstrable
  • Proficient in MS Office, with advanced skills in Excel; SAP/ERP/BI knowledge, with experience preferred
  • Financial acumen and knowledge of P&L financial management
  • Recognized developer of team and especially talent level individuals

Nice To Haves

  • MBA preferred
  • Experience in CPG, Retail or Logistics preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Acts as the primary peer and supply chain partner to Commercial/Sales leadership and customer supply chain executives.
  • Integrates deep knowledge of both company and customer supply chains to solve complex problems, shape strategies, and represent Customer & Logistics Excellence with Sales.
  • Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to align commercial strategies, optimize operations, and support new business opportunities.
  • Identifies current and future business needs, translating them into project direction, solution design, and resource allocation.
  • Develops and executes customer-focused supply chain programs (logistics efficiency, returns, unsaleable, CPU), while leading KPI performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Builds and manages strategic relationships with customers, suppliers, and 3PL partners, overseeing operations and >$120MM in budgets while driving end-to-end value creation
