The Director, Curriculum and Learning Programs serves as a hands-on learning professional responsible for managing the design, development, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of assigned NRMCA learning programs, curriculum projects, certifications, credentials, and workforce development initiatives. Working under the direction of the Vice President, Learning and Development, this role translates VP-approved priorities into high quality learning experiences that strengthen workforce capabilities, advance professional development, and support member success across the ready mixed concrete industry. The Director manages assigned curriculum development projects, collaborates with subject matter experts, supports certification and credentialing initiatives, applies instructional design best practices, evaluates program effectiveness, and maintains the quality and consistency of assigned learning assets and programs. The position operates within the strategy, standards, budget, and portfolio direction set by the Vice President. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role where the Vice President sets the strategy, standards, and direction of the learning portfolio, and this position builds, implements, and improves the programs that bring that strategy to life in support of NRMCA's educational mission.
