The Culture, Communication & Engagement Director will act as a Chief of Staff and strategic advisor and operational partner to the Chief People Officer (CPO), helping drive organizational alignment, leadership effectiveness, change management, and enterprise communication and engagement initiatives across the organization. This role combines executive partnership, strategic program management, and internal communications leadership in support of a fast-paced, operationally focused construction business. The position plays a critical role in supporting organizational growth, change management, employee engagement, and leadership communication effectiveness across corporate and field operations. This individual will help translate strategy into execution while ensuring clear, consistent, and impactful communication throughout the organization. The role requires strong executive presence, organizational agility, and the ability to operate effectively across all levels of the business.
