The Director Creative is the visual and conceptual lead of our commercial organization. They lead a small in-house design team ensuring that every touchpoint, from HCP-facing promotional materials to patient support programs, reflect our therapeutic credibility and brand standards. This role demands equal fluency in day-to-day executional excellence and long-horizon strategic thinking. You will be a key collaborator with Brand Marketing, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Market Access. In collaboration with brand leads and agency partners, this role will be responsible for guiding brand creative development including visual identity, disease awareness assets, HCP campaign, and patient-facing materials.
