About The Position
RingCentral is seeking a Director, Corporate Strategy & Finance Transformation to lead high-impact initiatives that shape the company's long-term roadmap and modernize its financial operations. This role will act as a strategic partner to executive leadership, driving cross-functional alignment and execution of key growth drivers. The position is pivotal in evolving the finance function through technology, process improvement, and data-driven insights. RingCentral is a global leader in agentic voice AI-powered business communications, delivering an integrated platform for business phone, SMS, contact center, workforce engagement management, video collaboration, and messaging. The company's agentic AI portfolio includes autonomous voice-first AI agents that automate calls, assist in the moment, and analyze every interaction. Requirements
- MBA or equivalent work experience in a high-growth corporate environment.
- 10+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or finance transformation roles.
- Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills, with a proven ability to translate complex data into actionable strategy.
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale cross-functional transformations and change management initiatives.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills, capable of influencing senior leadership and board-level stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of SaaS business models, unit economics, and cloud communications industry trends.
- Expertise in modern finance technology stacks (e.g., NetSuite, Anaplan, or similar platforms).
Responsibilities
- Lead the annual strategic planning process, ensuring alignment between corporate objectives and departmental execution.
- Drive finance transformation initiatives, including ERP enhancements and the automation of core financial processes.
- Develop sophisticated financial models and business cases to evaluate new market entries, M&A opportunities, and product investments.
- Provide cross-functional leadership on large-scale projects, bridging the gap between Finance, Product, and Sales operations.
- Identify and analyze growth initiatives, offering data-driven recommendations to optimize revenue and margin expansion.
- Partner with executive stakeholders to communicate strategic progress and financial performance metrics.
- Oversee the implementation of advanced analytics and reporting tools to improve visibility into key business drivers.
