Requirements

  • Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field
  • 13 years of professional experience, preferably in finance

Responsibilities

  • Oversee, develop, and mentor a team of talented professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop top-tier finance professionals.
  • Provide executive-level operational and thought leadership as an integral part of the CP&A leadership team.
  • Lead the annual Plan across divisions, regions and functions, including: Presenting recommendations to leadership on target setting for business units Coordinating with finance leaders across the globe to drive a financial plan that achieve enterprise objectives Supporting executives in allocation of funding for strategic investments, optimally positioning Ecolab for future growth
  • Provide advice to the CEO, CFO, COO, and other key leaders on strategic planning and other related financial topics.
  • Maintain a laser focus on delivering near and long-term financial performance objectives across profit and loss (P&L) lines.
  • Ensure consistent application of financial planning principles and best practices throughout the organization.
  • Drive process improvements and lead ad hoc projects to enhance financial planning efficiency.
