Director, Corporate Marketing

accessiBeNew York, NY
$170,000 - $220,000

About The Position

accessiBe is the market leader in web accessibility that makes websites accessible to people with disabilities. accessiBe is more than a workplace, it’s a passion. Each day you’re surrounded by people who share the same goal and values, who work endlessly to break down accessibility barriers. We care about all people, regardless of their ability. We hire people that are determined to succeed and who are not afraid of rapid change. Our core values showcase who we are and we strive to focus on excellence and sincerity. About Corporate Marketing Corporate Marketing owns how accessiBe shows up in the world — brand positioning, voice, reputation, and the experience people have with us across every marketing touchpoint. The team spans brand strategy, website experience, integrated campaigns, co-marketing, community and advocacy, thought leadership, analyst relations, content systems, and communications/PR. It's a lean, full-stack team that partners closely with demand generation and product marketing and is held to commercial outcomes. Role Summary Owns how accessiBe tells its story — brand, content, and campaigns — across every external touchpoint, and runs the relationships (analyst, press, community, advocacy) that shape how the company is perceived. It is critical to have a hands-on leader who is fluent in agentic workflows that improve the quality and volume of the team’s output.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in brand, corporate, or integrated marketing, with direct ownership of brand strategy and positioning
  • Track record leading integrated campaigns end-to-end across paid, earned, and owned channels
  • Working fluency with AI-assisted content and workflow tools, with the judgment to set standards for how a team uses them
  • People leadership experience — hiring, developing, and mentoring specialists
  • Comfortable operating hands-on in a lean team while still thinking strategically

Nice To Haves

  • Experience running analyst relations and PR programs
  • Established relationships or experience building trust with advocacy groups, nonprofits, or community/advisory boards

Responsibilities

  • Own the holistic brand narrative across all touchpoints; translate business goals into a single, consistent brand direction
  • Lead integrated campaign strategy — proprietary research, webinars, demand-gen and brand campaigns — connecting every channel to pipeline and brand outcomes
  • Brief and direct design on creative execution; keep brand expression consistent across campaign assets
  • Partner with product marketing and demand gen as a peer, not a downstream executor — shared accountability for commercial outcomes
  • Bring market and competitive intelligence into planning and show how corporate marketing activity ties to pipeline
  • Run the analyst relations program and the PR strategy; comms for senior leaders
  • Actively manage online reputation
  • Own community, advocacy, and influencer strategy — disability organizations, nonprofits, advisory boards (e.g., Inclusive Product Advisory Board) — and feed learnings back into business decisions
  • Manage competing priorities across a lean team while mentoring and developing a team of specialists
