Requirements

  • 10+ years in a corporate in-house environment leading investigations, legal operations, lit support, or related field.
  • Understanding of the legal data intelligence industry and how Relativity solves corporate pain points and use cases.
  • Demonstrated leadership and communication skills with the ability to work effectively cross-functionally and with executive leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Educating in-house legal teams on the importance of technology to solve their legal data challenges.
  • Serving as the primary evangelist for Relativity to Corporate e-Discovery, legal operations, litigation, and investigation teams.
  • Authoring and speaking on topics that appeal to the target audience and drive engagement.
  • Supporting a customer advisory board to identify critical topics of importance and areas of innovation for Corporate in-house teams.
  • Building relationships and strengthening existing relationships with in-house e-Discovery leaders, decision-makers, and stakeholders.
  • Engaging with customers on a variety of platforms, including social media and influencer platforms (e.g., podcasts).
  • Keeping a pulse on the industry and identifying emerging priorities for corporate e-discovery teams.
  • Leading customer advisory board planning and engagement.
  • Collaborating closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to write and execute a content plan to support corporate segment marketing plans.
  • Authoring articles, blog posts, and webinar content.
  • Speaking at a wide range of industry events and field marketing events.
  • Ensuring Relativity is properly represented to the Corporate audience.
  • Identifying and sharing best practices for product use cases and workflows.
