About The Position

The Director, Corporate Accounts is a key sales leadership role for DentalEZ. The individual in this role must have solid current relationships and the ability to develop additional relationships with corporate personnel at the three national dental distributors as well as major independent dental dealers. They will ensure relationships are built at the corporate level throughout all functions of the distributor, including product/service training, product positioning with other brands, advertising, marketing, and sales efforts through all the channels, including field sales, special markets, and DSO business. Additionally, they will set growth goals for the assigned dealers, conduct business reviews and plan with DentalEZ sales team on how to execute the goals at both the field and corporate level.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent in related experience.
  • 10+ years of Sales experience.
  • Effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Proficiency in using the personal computer, including Windows-based applications.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Applications.

  • Dental sales experience to dealers highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts.
  • Coordinates sales personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet performance objectives and expectations.
  • Develops and maintains good working relationships with assigned accounts and is the company's main contact person.
  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
  • Proactively leads a joint planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive relationship.
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Drives adoption of company programs among assigned corporate customers.
  • Proactively recruits new qualifying corporate accounts.
  • Prepare and deliver customer presentations, pricing and promotional proposals, and other business needs.
  • Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
  • Closely coordinates company executive involvement with customer and end-user customer management as appropriate.
  • Works closely with Customer Service and Sales Operations to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
  • Supports all dealer sales efforts as needed.
