The Director, Content Hub is a strategic enterprise leadership role responsible for designing, operationalizing, and scaling centralized content and omnichannel activation function across all species, regions, and markets within Animal Health. This leader will drive the transformation of the enterprise Content Hub operating model, including content governance, content lifecycle management, agency and vendor model optimization, centralized content factory production, omnichannel activation, DAM/library quality management, and performance measurement to enable faster, more effective, and scalable customer engagement. Reporting to the Customer Engagement Lead, this role partners closely with Global Marketing Species Teams, Regional Customer Engagement Teams, Regional and Local Marketing & Commercial Operations teams, Launch Excellence, IT, Procurement, Legal/Regulatory, and external agencies to simplify how work gets done while improving speed-to-market, content reuse, operational efficiency, and customer engagement outcomes. The position requires both strategic vision to define enterprise-wide content supply chain transformation and hands-on expertise to operationalize content and omnichannel activation models. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise from animal health, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or similarly regulated industries where content compliance, operational discipline, and cross-functional collaboration are mission-critical.
