BYOMA is seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial, and culturally connected marketing leader to join their team. This role will lead the Consumer Engagement function across Social Media, Influencer & Creator, Community, and Events, focusing on building integrated programs that enhance cultural relevance, deepen community connections, accelerate consumer acquisition, and drive commercial impact. The Director will shape how consumers discover, experience, engage with, and advocate for BYOMA in North America, ensuring all consumer-facing activities are aligned, impactful, and measurable. The ideal candidate understands how community-first brands leverage creators, social platforms, consumer experiences, and cultural moments to build brand love, drive advocacy, and deliver measurable business results.
