About The Position

Point B is a business innovation firm that combines advanced technologies and industry expertise to help clients reimagine their business and processes. This role is for a Senior Leader with deep expertise in redesigning and improving operations through automation, AI, and data-driven technologies within the Life Sciences industry. The leader will build, grow, and lead client engagements, deepen executive relationships, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients seeking to accelerate transformation and improve patient outcomes. The role sits at the intersection of commercial growth, strategic advisory, and subject matter expertise, focusing on transforming operations across R&D, clinical development, and adjacent functions. A key focus will be advancing modern approaches to operational acceleration, including clinical trial execution and the R&D-to-Commercial value chain, to streamline operating models and unlock measurable improvements in speed, quality, and cost efficiency. The ideal candidate is a credible enterprise operations transformation leader with experience in large-scale, cross-functional transformations using automation, AI, and data-driven technologies. They should have a track record of leading end-to-end operational transformation initiatives that improve efficiency, quality, and scalability across functions like clinical development, regulatory, manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial operations in the life sciences sector. The candidate must be able to engage as a trusted peer with client technology, business, and transformation leaders, possess strong executive presence, life sciences domain expertise, and a track record of driving offerings and team development. Passion for the role of automation, AI, and data-driven decision-making in operational transformation and sustained performance improvement is essential. As a Senior Leader, responsibilities include building and maturing the Intelligent Operations practice within Life Sciences, establishing delivery standards, developing offerings, growing team expertise, and driving coherence in client delivery. The role also involves delivering high-impact work, developing and mentoring others, and growing business through engagement, thought leadership, solution development, and client relationship cultivation.
