BHG is seeking a Director, Community Partnerships & Growth to drive patient growth through the development, management, and expansion of community referral relationships across assigned markets. This role will serve as the primary relationship owner for key referral accounts and community partners, working closely with treatment center leadership to strengthen referral pathways, increase patient access, and drive admissions growth. This role is responsible for activating and growing referral networks at the local level. Success requires a combination of account management, community outreach, business development, and operational partnership with treatment center teams. The ideal candidate is highly relationship-oriented, energized by community engagement, passionate about helping patients access care, and motivated by measurable growth outcomes.
