Project Harmony is seeking an experienced and committed Director to join its dynamic and innovative organization. The Director of Community Collaboration & Engagement leads efforts to strengthen community connections, foster multidisciplinary collaboration, and expand awareness of and access to Project Harmony's resources and expertise. This position engages current and prospective MDT participants, represents the organization through community outreach, and supports collaborative initiatives across communities. The Director of Community Collaboration & Engagement reports directly to the VP- Children’s Services and provides leadership to the Multidisciplinary Team and building administration functions. Project Harmony exists to provide effective, immediate and sensitive support to child abuse victims and their non-offending family members.
