This role sits at the center of how our brand story comes to life in stores—translating strategy into clear, compelling, and actionable storytelling that energizes teams and drives results. As Director of Field Communications, you’ll shape how we connect the dots between our brand playbook and store execution, turning priorities into meaningful narratives that inspire action, simplify the work, and create consistency across every store experience. You’ll lead the evolution of how we communicate with and for our store teams, building innovative content strategies, modern communication systems, and scalable approaches that keep our field informed, engaged, and ready to deliver for our customers. Partnering closely with Store Operations, Field Leadership, and cross-functional teams, you’ll champion clarity, creativity, and connection—ensuring every message helps bring our brand to life in a way that feels dynamic, human, and uniquely Old Navy.
