In this role, you will support Athleta’s acceleration and impact by building and developing innovative internal and external content strategies to support the company’s long-range plan. You will support the next phase of Athleta’s chapter of being a female-centered brand, designed for her whole life. You will be part of the communications team and closely collaborate with internal and external partners to plan, develop, implement, and evaluate strategic brand communications. You will develop a deep understanding of the business and leverage your understanding of industry trends to shape stories that convey the company’s priorities, values, and market position. The communications support model will be focus around Executive Communications (Brand CEO and President), Meetings (company-wide meetings, external speaking opportunities), Employee Engagement initiatives, Editorial and Social Media and Media Relations (business press).
