The Director, Communications is responsible for developing and executing CCUA’s internal and external communications strategy that enhances the association’s visibility and promotes its mission. Reporting directly to the CEO, the incumbent serves as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, supporting all communications-related responsibilities of the CEO and the organization. This role leads corporate (internal and external) communications and digital properties, executive messaging, media relations and reputation management, while ensuring consistency, clarity, and impact across multiple channels in alignment with CCUA’s strategic priorities, advocacy objectives, and member needs. The Director of Communications also manages the Communications Department and oversees external vendors and agencies as required..
