We are at a defining moment for Microsoft to lead the market in helping Small, Medium, Enterprise & Channel (SME&C) customers accelerate their Frontier transformation—leveraging our differentiated portfolio and global partner ecosystem. The Director - Communications Strategy, SME&C sits within the SME&C Executive Office and reports directly to the Chief of Staff. This role is responsible for shaping and driving the mid- and long-term SME&C narrative, while building an integrated communication strategy that connects all channels into a cohesive, high-impact storytelling engine. This leader will translate business strategy into compelling narratives, ensure consistency across executive, field, and partner communications, and position Microsoft as the trusted partner for SME transformation. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, storytelling excellence, and cross-org orchestration.
