Director, Commercialization Data & AI Transformation

Bristol Myers Squibb•Princeton, NJ
•$187,850 - $227,630

About The Position

The Director, Commercialization Data & AI Transformation leads the Transformation Program Office for Bristol Myers Squibb’s multi-year Commercialization Data & AI transformation. The transformation aims to build internal capabilities, reduce reliance on vendor partners, migrate to Databricks, hire approximately 40 roles globally, and support expected annual savings of more than $10 million. The Director owns execution of the hiring plan, platform migration milestones, and vendor transition outcomes, driving delivery rather than simply tracking progress. The role partners closely with the Head of Commercialization Data & AI Delivery to coordinate dependencies, maintain accountability, and deliver program outcomes. It assesses workstream viability, advises senior leaders on priorities and sequencing, resolves risks and blockers, and represents the program in executive and cross-functional leadership forums. The Director will build and lead a small team and own resource and budget allocation decisions as the organization scales. The position reports to the Executive Director, Commercialization Data & AI.
