The Director of Commercial Sales – Workspace Solutions is directly responsible for developing and implementing the Workspace Solutions strategy for the Ubique Group’s channels, including both business-to-business distribution and our Direct to Consumer sites. This position is responsible for creating and implementing strategies for growth, developing and maintaining pricing methodologies for the channel to ensure growth of both the outside B2B distribution market and our own internal sites, programming and business development / key account management to drive sales and profit throughout the channel. This position will work closely with the other key leaders in the Commercial team to ensure cross-channel collaboration and consistency, to promote opportunities within the assigned vertical to introduce and grow adjacent categories of products and to help identify and develop new product offerings to meet customer demand, working closely with the marketing and product development teams. This position will work across the Commercial and eTail accounts and collaborate with the account managers to ensure appropriate market coverage for the vertical and will work cross-functionally with the internal digital team to maintain a market leadership position through our micro-sites.
