Fitch Solutions is seeking a Commercial Readiness Program Manager to be based in New York. The company offers in-depth views on credit markets/risk, ESG, developed and emerging markets, and industry sectors. Fitch Solutions is part of Fitch Group, a global leader in financial information services owned by Hearst. The Sales Enablement team focuses on turning strategy into consistent, high-quality execution. Within Sales Enablement, Field Readiness ensures the commercial team is prepared to perform effectively, consistently, and confidently. The Commercial Readiness Program Manager will design, deliver, and continuously improve onboarding and readiness experiences for new hires and tenured sellers to enable quick ramp-up and success. This role will build learning journeys and standards to create consistent baseline knowledge, skills, and behaviors across the commercial organization.
