The Director, Commercial Operations Process & Orchestration will lead the business processes and operating workflows needed to support RayzeBio’s RPT launch and commercialization. This role will focus on how work gets done across treatment site onboarding, patient services hub, ordering, scheduling, distribution visibility, issue resolution, and customer experience. This is a business operations role, not an IT role. The Director will define business needs, process flows, requirements, priorities, and measures of success. They will partner closely with IT, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure systems and workflows support the business, are easy to use, and are ready for launch. The role will serve as the Commercial Operations business owner for key workflows and enabling platforms, with accountability for business readiness, user adoption, process performance, and business acceptance before major releases.
