The Director, Commercial Intelligence serves as a strategic individual contributor within the Demand Center, responsible for translating market, client, and deal-level insights into actionable intelligence that strengthens competitive positioning, improves win rates, and optimizes pricing and commercial strategy. This role will design and operationalize an integrated commercial intelligence capability—connecting win/loss analysis, voice of the client, competitive intelligence, and pricing insights into a unified, scalable framework. The Director will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Executive Leadership to deliver clear, data-driven recommendations that impact revenue performance and growth outcomes.
