Tonies is seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded Director, Commercial Intelligence to serve as the strategic analytics partner to the VP of Omnichannel Sales and General Manager, North America. This position sits at the intersection of: Commercial Strategy Data Analytics Retail & Ecommerce Performance Scenario Planning This role is responsible for transforming commercial data and insights into actionable business intelligence that improves commercial decision-making, identifies risks and opportunities, and strengthens alignment across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations. This role will be hybrid - in office time will be required once our Boston office location is open (late 2026).
