About The Position

This role sits at the center of the North America Commercial organization, supporting Sales Strategy & Enablement. You will operate as a force multiplier across Sales Operations, Variable Compensation, Learning & Development, Sales Compliance, and Reporting & Analytics. The mandate is to drive clarity, execution, and outcomes across a complex commercial ecosystem while continuously evolving how the organization operates.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, or commercial operations
  • Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional projects
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a bias toward execution
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements or new ways of working
  • Exposure to digital transformation, automation, or AI-driven initiatives within a commercial or operational context
  • Ability to influence senior leaders and navigate matrixed organizations
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
  • Must be able to work with controlled technology in accordance with US export control law.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute high-impact, cross-functional initiatives from concept through delivery
  • Establish clear project structure, milestones, and accountability
  • Drive alignment across stakeholders with competing priorities
  • Diagnose operational challenges by identifying root causes, not just symptoms
  • Develop practical, scalable solutions that improve performance and efficiency
  • Translate ambiguity into structured plans and measurable outcomes
  • Partner across: Sales Operations (territory design, coverage, readiness), Variable Compensation (plan design and execution), Learning & Development (productivity and capability building), Sales Compliance (risk mitigation and governance), Reporting & Analytics (insight and forecasting discipline)
  • Ensure initiatives are coordinated and aligned to commercial priorities
  • Identify opportunities to modernize commercial processes, tools, and workflows
  • Bring forward new ideas that improve speed, insight, and scalability across the organization
  • Evaluate and implement emerging capabilities, including AI and automation, to enhance decision-making, forecasting, and productivity
  • Partner with technology and business teams to translate innovation into practical, adopted solutions
  • Influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions across the organization
  • Effectively manage up to executive leadership and across/down to teams
  • Build trust and momentum without relying on formal authority
  • Bring structure, cadence, and visibility to key initiatives
  • Track progress, remove roadblocks, and ensure follow-through
  • Elevate issues early with clear recommendations
