About The Position

As Director, Commerce, you’ll oversee strategy and execution across commerce media and marketplace/retail dynamics, ensure consistently excellent delivery, and act as a senior partner to client teams in high‑stakes moments. Level: Director. Help jump in on client businesses to cover leave of absence, or gaps within teams. Team: Will support client teams as well as new business. The right candidate will be able to dive into the weeds, but also see the bigger picture and align their ways of working styles with the team. Scope: Will be a floater across the organization to help cover gaps across client businesses, or help win new business.
