This Director of Colleague Data Science & Analytics sits within the Colleague Experience Group (CEG) function and reports to the Vice President, Colleague Data Office. The Director will lead the global HR analytics function, delivering insightful analytics with an eye on risk management and process efficiencies. This is a highly visible role with enterprise-wide impact, requiring a leader who can manage various stakeholder demands. This role requires expertise in HR analytics, experience interpreting stakeholder requirements and delivering valuable analysis. The Director will drive innovation, re-think existing processes, and leverage emerging technologies. Success will require strategic vision, hands-on technical expertise, and a relentless focus on execution to deliver scalable analytics solutions that drive business impact.
