Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare preferred (business or related field).
  • 7 – 10 years of experience in healthcare management or 10 years of equivalent training experience.
  • Technical knowledge of radiologic imaging, RIS/PACS systems, and clinical workflows.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, manage human resources, and act independently to solve complex problems through data-driven strategic initiatives.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on collaborative project-oriented activities, effective task coordination, and building strong professional relationships.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented professional dedicated to delivering accurate, timely results and superior customer service using proficiency in standard office and presentation software.

Responsibilities

  • Direct daily operations for outpatient imaging centers, modalities, and call centers, optimizing staffing, equipment utilization, and site occupancy.
  • Mentor and lead Clinical Managers and support teams, fostering a culture of service excellence and professional growth.
  • Manage departmental budgets, analyze monthly variance reports, and implement cost-saving and revenue-enhancing strategies.
  • Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA, OSHA, and accreditation standards while overseeing comprehensive quality, safety, and risk programs.
  • Partner with executive leadership, physician committees, and external vendors to align operational workflows with long-term organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with IT and PACS/RIS teams to ensure optimal system performance and evaluate new medical technologies and equipment.
  • Drive patient and physician satisfaction through targeted marketing, branding initiatives, and strategic community outreach.
