About The Position

This role directs clinic sites and operations, developing specific goals, standards, and objectives that align with the strategic plan and vision of the clinics. The position requires a tactical operator who can balance strategic growth with financial and clinical oversight. While under the Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital structure, the scope focuses on supporting Cardinal Glennon Pediatrics primary clinics and medical group offices across the St. Louis Region.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of education and experience
• Three years' management experience
• Three years in leadership

Responsibilities

• Plans for new and expanded services.
• Assesses quality of and coordinates patient care services with patients, staff, physicians, and other providers.
• Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction and conflict management.
• Performs and oversees scheduling, recruitment and payroll.
• Monitors budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts and vendor relations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
