About The Position

Archimedes is a specialty medical management company with an industry-leading technology platform that client groups can use to manage specialty medical spend. The focus of this roll is to lead our prior authorization, channel optimization and health economics product operational teams. The Director is responsible for running an operation that coordinates care between physicians, patients, manufacturers, clients and pharmacies.

Requirements

• Proven operations leader with experience scaling a patient-facing operation
• Experience leading a team of case managers and pharmacists to ensure a high-quality patient experience and clinical management
• Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience, pharmacist or nursing required
• Experience leading an operation in an infusion setting, physician office or pharmacy
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
• Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent time and project management skills. You’re always looking to improve inefficient processes.
• Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
• Expert at Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Scale the operational processes to ensure a superior patient experience and high quality clinical management
• Develop, train and staff the team of case managers and pharmacists
• Liaison between the team and account management to ensure the customer is informed on progress, successes and potential challenges
• Support the development of activity, quality and performance reporting
• Be the business owner of the case management and prior authorization technology platform and collaborate with IT on enhancements and solutions sets
