About The Position

Cadent ignites seamless connections between brands, publishers & consumers. Our predictive AI orchestrates outcomes on any platform customers are on, across any media they consume & at any stage of the journey. Client Solutions sits within Cadent's Sales Strategy & Solutions organization. The team functions to make solution selling sharper: shaping strategic narratives, packaging Cadent's solutions into deal-winning sales plays, and serving as the connective hub between Product, Data, Audiences, Inventory, Analytics and the commercial (GTM) teams. Client Solutions partners directly with Sales on high-value RFPs, custom meeting decks, vendor days and strategic guidebooks — always in service of winning, retaining and growing Cadent's most valuable client relationships. Client Solutions is a team of strategic individual contributors. Every member owns a mix of solution ownership, vertical ownership and high-value account support, and is expected to operate with a bias for action and a closer's mindset — being deployed dynamically to the business's most critical priorities. The Director, Client Solutions is a senior individual-contributor role responsible for owning the GTM positioning, packaging and go-to-market narrative for a defined set of core solutions, and for providing strategic support on the team's highest-value accounts and opportunities. The Director works in close partnership with Sales leadership, Product Marketing, Marketing, Planning and Sales Enablement to ensure consistent, differentiated storytelling across the client lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in sales strategy, solutions consulting, sales enablement, or a related client-facing strategic role, ideally within media, ad tech, or a related industry.
  • Track record leading strategy and materials for high-value ($1M+) deals, RFPs, and executive-level client meetings.
  • Strong subject-matter depth in one or more of: outcomes-based measurement, platform/audience solutions (search, social, RMNs), or financial services / BFSI vertical dynamics.
  • Excellent narrative and storytelling skills — able to translate complex, multi-faceted solutions into clear, client-ready positioning.
  • Proven ability to operate as a strategic individual contributor: self-directed, comfortable owning outcomes without formal people-leadership authority.
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator, with experience partnering across sales, product marketing, marketing and enablement teams.
  • Comfortable operating in an agile, fast-moving environment with shifting priorities and a bias for action.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Own GTM positioning, packaging and go-to-market materials for core Cadent Solutions.
  • Build and maintain the solution toolkit — presentations, one-sheets, case studies — for owned solutions, serving as the internal subject-matter expert.
  • Serve as strategic lead for the designated verticals, supporting vertical expansion plan in partnership with sales leadership.
  • Own the vertical playbook — tailored sales presentation, one-sheet, case studies, and packaging with relevant measurement studies and creative.
  • Act as strategic lead on against high-value client meetings and vendor days, bringing solutions expertise to sharpen strategy and improve win rates.
  • Provide dedicated strategic support for designated high-value accounts, partnering with sales to shape custom competitive positioning and account strategy (without taking on day-to-day sales or account-management tasks).
  • Craft custom, deal-specific narratives and meeting materials for strategic opportunities and QBRs.
  • Partner with Product Marketing (features/what), Marketing (external narratives and tentpoles), Planning (campaign execution) and Sales Enablement (training/adoption) to keep messaging consistent across GTM.
  • Collaborate with peers across the Client Solutions team to share cross-solution knowledge and support seasonal/tentpole packaging.
  • Contribute to a feedback loop that translates seller and client insight back into better narratives, product input and enablement content.
