About The Position

We are seeking a research professional with 5 - 7 years of experience who is passionate about both the science of research and the art of translating insights into business action. This an onsite position who supports an important telco client in Atlanta. The ideal candidate enjoys diagnosing business challenges, designing and executing research, and transforming data into compelling stories that influence decision-making. They are equally comfortable building surveys, managing project timelines, consulting with stakeholders, and presenting actionable recommendations. Previous experience on the supplier/vendor side is preferred, as this role requires balancing strong research execution skills with a consultative, client-service mindset.

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience in market research, customer insights, consumer insights, CX research, or a related field.
• Experience managing research projects from design through reporting.
• Strong survey design experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to independently manage multiple projects.
• Ability to synthesize data into clear, actionable recommendations for business stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working at a market research supplier, research vendor, or consulting organization.
• Experience supporting customer experience, brand, product, or marketing research.
• Familiarity with dashboarding and self-service reporting solutions.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders in a consultative capacity.

Responsibilities

• A client-facing research and insights consultant role.
• Embedded closely with stakeholders.
• Responsible for owning custom research projects from intake through recommendation.
• Expected to manage stakeholder relationships directly and provide consultative guidance.
• Operating in a fast-paced, highly visible, "always on" environment.
• Valued not just for research execution, but for being physically present with the client, building relationships, and helping drive action from insights.
